2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account access and information.

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with Amazon’s policies.

3. Data Access

By using our services, you grant us permission to securely access your Amazon Advertising account data through OAuth. We do not store your login credentials.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our posted Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
